금요일 밤, 집에서 술안주로 간단하게 만드는 오징어 볶음 어떠세요? 😋  

Ingredients:Squid / Carrot / Cabbage / Onion / Chili pepper  

조리 방법:팬을 달군 후 기름을 두르고, 센 불에서 오징어를 살짝 볶아줍니다. 그 후 소스를 넣고 한 번 더 볶아준 뒤, 야채를 넣고 볶습니다. 야채가 익으면 접시에 담아주세요.

Heat a pan and add some oil.Stir-fry the squid briefly over high heat. Add the sauce and stir-fry again. Then, add the vegetables and continue to stir-fry until they are cooked.Once done, transfer everything to a plate.   

취향에 따라 조리 후 참기름과 통깨를 살짝 뿌리면 더 맛있게 즐기실 수 있습니다.

For extra flavour, you can drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, according to your preference.
