조리 방법

냄비에 육수를 붓고 중불로 데웁니다. 고기를 넣고 2–3분간 끓입니다. 소금 + 다진 마늘로 기호에 맞게 간을 합니다. 대파와 부추를 올려 마무리합니다. 양념 부추무침은 국밥에 넣거나 곁들여 드세요.

🍚 밥과 함께 따뜻하게 즐기세요! How to Cook Heat the broth in a pot over medium heat. Add the pork slices and boil for 2–3 minutes. Season with the salt & garlic to taste. Top with spring onion & chives before serving. Enjoy the marinated chives on the side or in the soup.
